Sleeping Disorder

OHH MY FUCKING TIAN~~~~
I think im having a SLEEPING DISORDER!!
I cant sleep liked a normal people.
Recently im liked an owl.
sleep in the morning. active at night!!

Today i slept at 7am in the morning.
3hours later woke up. (which is now.)

arggghhh.. I'M SOOOOOO TIRED!!

Is there any better solution(S) to sleep normal?
