Start of the day Bad New was heard.
Life is not good in 2009.

Lunch-ed at subway.
Did some work and went home.
Changed and went to anchorvale(dunno how to spell) swim with lynette.
Left Leg cramp after swimming for 5laps(10times).
Cripple all the way home.
HOME-ed at 10pm =)
